Job summary

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at ManpowerGroup's client in Woodland, CA, supports plant operations with hands-on electro/mechanical troubleshooting and a strong safety mindset to keep production equipment running reliably.

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, hands-on electro/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the drive to keep production equipment running reliably which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Woodland, CA

Pay Range: Start: $30.29 – 6 week: $32.11-- 90 days: $33.88

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Repair broken or defective equipment as scheduled to support safe, efficient plant operations.
• Assist maintenance plant personnel with electro/mechanical or other operational problems on plant equipment.
• Perform routine and periodic preventive maintenance and lubrication on production machinery and other plant equipment and facilities.
• Complete emergency maintenance on equipment when it could adversely impact production or as directed by a Supervisor/Lead Mechanic.
• Maintain accurate documentation by completing work orders and PM sheets as trained by Lead/Supervisor.

What's Needed?

• Wear and maintain required personal safety devices and follow safe work methods to prevent personal injury and injury to others.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift or push weights up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods during the shift.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand verbal and written direction in English for safety purposes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose and fix industrial manufacturing machines, with strong aptitude to learn and comprehend electrical training for troubleshooting electrical components.
• Ability to interpret and use wiring diagrams and blueprints; use and calibrate electric test equipment; install and repair electric/electronic equipment used in the plant.
• Work in a hands‑on maintenance role where your skills directly support production reliability.
• Opportunity to perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and PLC‑related maintenance responsibilities.
