Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Leominster, MA to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. This is a Direct Hire position with overtime opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting, hydraulics and electrical knowledge, and ability to read manuals/diagrams. Welding and extrusion equipment experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with electro-mechanical industrial equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical concepts
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Welding experience is a plus
• Experience with single-screw or twin-screw extrusion equipment is highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with appropriate assistance

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Pay: $35-$40/hour + overtime

Earning Potential: Approximately $1,925-$2,800/week with mandatory overtime

Schedule: Monday-Friday - choose 6:00 AM-4:00 PM or 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
