Heartline Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Leominster, MA for a direct‑hire manufacturing role. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain industrial production and facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support reliability initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electro‑mechanical skills, hydraulics knowledge, and the ability to work full-time on-site with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with electro‑mechanical industrial equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical concepts
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance
• Willingness to work the required schedule and mandatory overtime

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability.
• Repair and replace mechanical and electro‑mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform light plumbing and welding as needed.

• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when required.
• Follow established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a direct‑hire manufacturing opportunity in Leominster, Massachusetts. This is a hands‑on maintenance role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production and facility equipment.

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday
• Choose between 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Mandatory overtime is part of the schedule
• Full‑Time
• On‑Site
