• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing low voltage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, motor controls, and variable frequency drives a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems effectively.
• Install, modify, and upgrade industrial equipment according to manufacturer specs and standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repairs and services.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

This position includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems within our manufacturing facility, with some small amounts of fabrication and welding.
