Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial maintenance team. You will supervise technicians, oversee machinery maintenance and reliability programs, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical expertise, and ability to implement SOPs, SOPs and JSAs across shifts. Exciting growth opportunities and competitive pay accompany relocation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and welding is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, develop and coach a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Write and follow SOPs and JSAs; ensure safety compliance.
• Program PLCs and maintain daily maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with Production and Management; manage inventory and tools.
