ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and grow our industrial maintenance team. Responsibilities include overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of complex machinery, developing SOPs, and ensuring safety. Candidates should have extensive maintenance experience, strong PLC skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role supports our manufacturing facilities and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, HVAC, and welding systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Develop and follow SOPs and JSAs.
• Program PLCs and maintain maintenance logs.
