Jobot is seeking a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Lead to join our Greensboro operations. This permanent role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the repair of metal fabrication equipment to keep production running smoothly.

You will lead a maintenance team, develop maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and mentor staff while coordinating with other departments to optimize efficiency and equipment longevity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience repairing metal fabrication equipment (press brakes, shears, slip rolls, roll formers).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery issues.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Leadership and mentoring experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Forward-thinking with ability to anticipate maintenance issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
