• Excellent leadership and team management with mentoring experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to maintain maintenance records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
