Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support our industrial manufacturing site in Fuquay-Varina, NC. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, read blueprints and manuals, and ensure safe, efficient operation of our production lines.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing machines, performing electrical and mechanical work, welding when needed, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while adhering to safety guidelines

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience with electrical and mechanical components.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding skills preferred.
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team.
• Lift up to 40 lbs periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair machines and facilities, including electrical and mechanical work.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematics.
• Use hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut and replace parts.
• Downtime control by following preventative maintenance practices and monitoring compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of equipment and work areas.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
