JPF Paint Finishes in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead for a 1st shift, on-site full-time role. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, keep production running, and lead preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to read schematics and manuals, and a safety-focused mindset to maintain a compliant, efficient shop.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Safety-focused mindset (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.).
