Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in automation or mechatronics preferred.
• 4+ years experience in automated manufacturing maintenance.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems).
• Perform preventative maintenance and changeovers.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and pre-production checks.
• Prioritize machine repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate parts needs.
• Enter maintenance records into CMMS.
• Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift.
• Promote safety and 5S standards.
