Zusammenfassung

US Brick is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at the Bessemer site. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads a 6-7 person crew.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and parts ordering across the plant, while ensuring safety standards and strong communication across departments. The job requires the ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor/indoor production environment and to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials a plus but not required).
• Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic.
• Be a strong problem solver.
• Be a highly effective communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ensure that equipment and personnel adhere to all safety standards.
• Time management and organization skills.

Aufgaben

• Direct supervision of 6-7 crew members.
• Scheduling your crew to provide 12-hour coverage each day as well as after hours on call requirements.
• Manage repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the plant.
• Ordering parts as needed.
• Using our common systems in our facilities to include hydraulics, pneumatics, Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLCs as well as traditional mechanical and electrical components.
