Job summary

Tenaris is seeking a Base Maintenance Group Supervisor for Industrial Services in Ambridge, PA. You will manage maintenance for water treatment, furnaces, cranes, and related facilities, ensuring reliability, availability, and process continuity among industrial services assets.

You will lead a 5–9 person maintenance team, drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and external providers to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
5+ years in maintenance engineering in industrial manufacturing.
2+ years supervising maintenance personnel and contractors.
Hands-on maintenance of cranes, furnaces, water treatment systems and utility assets.
Strong preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance knowledge.
Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning tools, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

Optimize asset availability and maintenance costs by improving strategies and execution quality.
Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities including root cause analyses.
Lead and supervise a team of 5–9 maintenance employees and contractors.
Monitor maintenance performance indicators and promote best practices.
Analyze equipment data and maintenance history to identify improvements.
Coordinate maintenance with Operations, Engineering, and external providers.
Support equipment lifecycle management including specs and investments.
Manage technical documentation and spare parts inventory.
Serve as a technical reference for complex maintenance issues.
