Tyson Foods is hiring a Maintenance Generalist for the Berry Street Plant in Springdale, AR. The role operates on C Shift, with 12-hour days and reporting to maintenance leadership. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running and safe.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an industrial maintenance program or have 6 months of maintenance experience, or 1 year of classroom training from a technical college, or a cert in Electronics/Industrial maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and assets to keep operations safe and compliant.
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical malfunctions and perform repairs with supervision.
• Document actions taken and complete reports; perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Follow lockout/tagout and confined space safety programs; assist other mechanics as needed.
• Work in environments with varying temperatures and physical demands; lift up to 70 lbs.
