Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Generalist for our Waverly, NE plant. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance across production equipment to keep lines running and within safety guidelines.

The role requires strong electrical, PLC and mechanical maintenance skills, with a background in industrial systems and safety procedures. Candidates should be prepared for a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Waverly plant.

Competenze

• Associates degree preferred in a technical field.
• 1-2 years in facility maintenance or automotive mechanic work.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical principles knowledge.

Mansioni

• Set up equipment and machines for production.
• Adjust machines per schedule and tolerances.
• Inspect and troubleshoot to detect malfunctions.
• Replace parts and restore machines to operate.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
