Job summary

This hands-on role supports the safe, reliable operation of production equipment, tooling, and building systems across die cutting, urethane, and CNC plastics. You will diagnose, repair, and improve equipment, perform preventive maintenance, work with CNC tooling, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to drive uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years progressive industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a broad range of production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility systems.
• Read electrical schematics and equipment drawings.
• Support CNC and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with Production/Quality/Engineering for improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts usage.
