Electrical Automation Services in Hiram, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at a modern food manufacturing plant. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, reading schematics and PLC controls.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with PLC troubleshooting required and PLC programming a plus.

Formación

Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs and sensors.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
PLC troubleshooting is required; PLC programming is a plus.
Welding experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills and workplace safety practices.

Responsabilidades

Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and read ladder logic.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
