Electrical Automation Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at a food manufacturing plant. You will work on PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, performing preventive maintenance and documenting findings.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, with on-site shifts in Hiram, OH. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical training or an associate's degree is preferred.

• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and reading ladder logic to identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.

Please apply only if you live within about a 45-minute drive of Hiram.Pay: $34.10–$36.70/hr depending on experience, plus a $2.10/hr night premium on 12-hour nights.Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts. You work about 14 days a month and get every other weekend off (3-day weekend). Day and night shifts available.What you'll do: Keep production lines at a modern food manufacturing plant running.
