Job summary
Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on all equipment per work orders and to repair and install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems. The role requires reading mechanical drawings and applying troubleshooting skills.
Minimal travel is involved; you will work in a team-oriented environment with safety and environmental policies, contributing to reliable operation of band saws, lathes, drill presses, welders, and related
Qualifications
- AAS in related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Proficient in mathematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
- Knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting.
- Basic industrial electrical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and property protection policies.
- Dismantle, repair, and install manufacturing equipment.
- Operate Band Saws, Lathes, Drill Press, Welders.
- Evaluate and suggest repair methods for equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Perform repairs on electronically controlled equipment and gauges.
