Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Joplin, MO is seeking a maintenance technician to perform building, utilities, equipment and grounds maintenance. You will read verbal and written instructions, interpret blueprints, and install or move machinery.

You will work with gas, water, steam and air lines and use scaffolds, cranes, and various trade tools to keep operations running safely. The role requires a minimum of two years in industrial maintenance, and the work environment emphasizes safety,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
HS Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machinery layouts.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair buildings, utilities, equipment, and grounds as required.
Read and follow verbal and written instructions; install or move machinery when needed.
Work with gas, water, steam and air lines; use scaffolds, cranes, hoists, and various trade tools.
Maintain a safe work environment and protect self and others from hazards.
