Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
AAS in Industrial Maintenance preferred; maintenance reliability certifications valued.
Verifiable maintenance training and shop mathematics understanding required.
3–5 years heavy industrial mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of motors, gearboxes, lubrication, welding, and maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

Install, adjust, repair, and perform maintenance duties from drawings and manuals.
Assemble machinery frames and equipment using welding; read blueprints.
Troubleshoot pumps, gear boxes, motors, cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems at an intermediate level.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect equipment for wear and tear.
Maintain records of work performed and material usage.
Follow safety rules and PPE requirements; work in self-directed teams.
