Industrial Maintenance Electricians are responsible for constructing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance for all electrical and electronic equipment.

Your seat at the table: Industrial Maintenance Electrician 3rd Shift

Salary: $43.81/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

You will love this role if you can and have the capacity to:

• Examine machinery to identify malfunctions or performance deficiencies, determine corrective actions, and implement repair plans
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, program logic diagrams, and other instructions. Familiarity with wiring conventions, electrical and electronic symbols, and the National Electric Code is required
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electric distribution equipment including transformers, circuit protection devices, switchgear, load center panels, and bus duct
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electric control equipment including relay logic panels, programmable controllers, and solid-state control devices
• Use test equipment to troubleshoot electrical and control circuits and components
• Maintain general lighting systems and replace lamps as needed
• Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
• Demonstrate effective time management
• Show competence in Power Transmission, Machine Control, and Building Maintenance
• Work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Operate aerial lifts
• Assist in training fellow electricians and apprentices
• Be available during scheduled shutdowns and power outages
• Keep work areas and equipment neat and safe
• Adhere to safety policies and practices

We need this role to have:

• Accredited Journeymen’s credentials or equivalent training and industrial experience
• At least 5 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing environment
