Job summary
Can-One USA in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician for the 3rd shift to maintain and repair electrical and automated production equipment. You will troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, read schematics, and support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and motors.
This full-time role offers a 12-hour shift pattern, competitive hourly pay ($33-$36) based on experience, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and motor controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and controls-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, sensors, encoders, and motor controls.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Read wiring diagrams and ladder logic.
- Assist with installations, modifications, upgrades, startups.
- Identify issues and recommend corrective action.
- Collaborate with maintenance/Engineering/Production teams.

12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, have 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. The pattern repeats every two weeks and typically gives you every other weekend off.Pay: $33.00-$36.00/Hr based on experience and Background
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and automated production equipment. The successful candidate will have experience working with industrial electrical systems and the ability to diagnose equipment issues efficiently and safely.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose electrical and controls-related equipment issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and motor controls
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and start-ups
- Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective action
- Work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve equipment problems
- Follow established electrical, safety, and maintenance procedures
- Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and motor controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
- Experience with Siemens and/or Allen‑Bradley PLCs
- Familiarity with Profibus or Profinet industrial networks
- Experience with industrial instrumentation, including pressure, level, and temperature controls
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E training or certification
Preferred qualifications include one or more of the following:
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electricity, or a related field
- Technical diploma or electrical certification
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and industrial electrical experience

This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform hands‑on maintenance activities. The role may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and working around industrial equipment.
Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
