Job summary

Can-One USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within our Nashua manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automated production equipment, with hands-on experience in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and motor controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and controls-related equipment issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and motor controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and start-ups.
• Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective action.
• Work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve equipment problems.
