Can-One USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and repair activities in our Nashua, NH manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and production equipment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a safety-focused approach to working in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read technical instructions and follow docs.
• Work independently and in teams; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose failures and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Assist with installations, rebuilds, modifications, upgrades.
• Support setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Schedule inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs.
• Identify recurring problems and assist root cause analysis.
• Follow safety procedures and LOTO requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance.
• Assist with maintaining parts and supplies.
• Participate in reliability and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

Can-One USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and repair activities within our manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and production equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Assist with equipment installations, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades
• Support machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
• Perform scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and completed repairs
• Identify recurring equipment problems and assist with root cause analysis
• Follow company safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues
• Assist with maintaining and organizing maintenance parts and supplies
• Participate in equipment reliability and continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Working knowledge of pneumatic systems
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and equipment documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging
• Industrial maintenance, mechanical, or technical training
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Forklift, OSHA, or other relevant safety training

Schedule

• Full-time
• Night shift
• Overtime may be available based on operational needs

Physical & Work Environment

This position requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Employees may be required to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, climb, lift, push, pull, and work around industrial equipment.

Required personal protective equipment must be worn in designated areas, and all applicable safety procedures must be followed.
