We leverage innovation through wrought and powder technology, supporting next-generation products and manufacturing techniques such as magnetic materials and additive manufacturing.

Primary Duties

Responsible for providing electrical support and maintaining electrical components throughout the manufacturing plant. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, supporting operations, process improvements, documentation, and training. Must work safely in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.

  • Inspect, test, adjust, and maintain electrical devices, apparatus, and circuits.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance crafts.
  • Work in shifts, with flexibility for overtime.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues by observing operation and interacting with leadership and staff.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and process diagrams.
  • Perform basic fabrication tasks.
  • Plan repairs by analyzing site conditions and available documentation.
  • Operate mobile equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Perform mechanical work and minor mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and rigging tasks.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, inspecting for defects.
  • Use maintenance systems for parts research and ordering.
  • Assist engineering with design, repair, or improvements.
  • Operate safely, following safety rules and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in the past ten years.
  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology or graduation from an acceptable technical institution is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, operate vehicles, work at heights, and in various environmental conditions.
  • Knowledge of programmable controllers, PC operation, AC/DC drives, control/measurement devices, hydraulic systems, and test equipment is preferred.
  • Willingness to upgrade skills through training as technology evolves.
