Wayne Farms LLC in Wisconsin seeks a maintenance technician to service and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in our poultry processing plant. Under minimal supervision, you will read blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement permanent fixes.

The role requires 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, ability to work nights and weekends, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Intermediate math and computer skills.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• English communication required.
• Ability to work unsupervised, nights, weekends, holidays.
