Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical repair experience or aptitude.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds frequently.
• Enrollment in maintenance/industrial program preferred.
• Previous industrial, technical, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside maintenance professionals in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Develop an understanding of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Learn preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Apply classroom concepts to real-world maintenance challenges.
