Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I to maintain plant equipment and improve reliability. The role reports to the Plant Engineer and focuses on preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

You will perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems, install and upgrade equipment per OEM specs, and work with operations to resolve issues quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Repair and maintain production, utility, and facility equipment.
• Install and upgrade equipment following OEM specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Assist in training other maintenance team members.
• Support and participate in TPM, SPS, and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.
