Job summary

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and coordinate with engineering, service and project teams from on-site visits to installation. The role is highly customer-facing, combining field sales with time spent at the Lyndhurst office.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment or industrial machinery.
• Ability to explain machinery specifications and ROI to customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site customer visits and technical consultations to understand requirements and propose machinery solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, quoting, negotiation and closing.
• Present capital equipment solutions and communicate specifications, benefits and ROI clearly.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers and key decision‑makers.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts with follow-ups and value‑added support.
• Collaborate with engineering, service and project teams to ensure installation and onboarding.
