Ace Precision is seeking an Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, PLC controllers, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep operations running at peak performance.

The role requires a two-year technical degree with five years of related experience (or equivalent), strong diagnostic skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; basic fabrication.
• Maintain facility systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.
• Handle wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support equipment relocation, installation, and requisitioning of parts or supplies.
• Safely manage hazardous materials and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
