Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3-phase equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40+ pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance for production equipment.
• Serves and maintains equipment including welding machines, trolley systems, CNC machinery, and crane systems.
• Inspects and assesses the functionality of plant machinery.
• Troubleshoots mechanical breakdowns and escalates to plant management.
• Conducts routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Communicates with production teams and maintains a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Prepares, submits, and maintains reports as needed.
