Job summary

Dakota Digital, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will diagnose problems, supervise maintenance tasks, and coordinate with vendors, while maintaining preventative maintenance programs and ensuring tool and parts availability. High school diploma and industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
• Broad knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and equipment-related problems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and general facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar equipment using manuals, diagrams, schematics, technical documentation.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cost-effective repair solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance and repair of production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance and equipment issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and general equipment problems.
• Repair production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, vendors, and service technicians when needed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and repair records.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, safe condition.
• Communicate equipment concerns, repairs, and priorities to management.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, setup, and modifications.
