O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair complex machinery in an industrial setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and test components to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires hands-on experience, ability to work on rooftops/elevated platforms, use of welding tools, and PLC troubleshooting. Safe work practices and clear communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Basic troubleshooting with processing equipment.
• Ability to align and monitor systems using laser equipment.
• Competency in predictive maintenance and pipefitting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assemble, install, and test electrical or electronic components and machinery.
• Troubleshoot issues using hand tools and test equipment.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers and transformers.
• Balance and align critical equipment using measurement tools.
• Rig and assist with safety and electrical duties as needed.
• Fabricate mechanical parts from metals.
