Job summary

Managed Staffing, Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler in Ogden, UT to build equipment per mechanical drawings, while adhering to ISO quality standards. You will document changes, communicate progress, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

You should be comfortable working in a team or alone, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and prepared to travel up to 20% for project needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with vocational training preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Intermediate proficiency reading part and assembly drawings.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with safety and quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education preferred.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment per mechanical drawings.
• Document and communicate changes and problems.
• Carry out tasks with minimum direct supervision.
• Execute ISO Quality standards.
• Communicate with the Machine Build Lead on issues and progress.
• Successful execution of programs as they relate to cost, quality, timing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
