Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required.
• Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits.
• Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced continually changing environment.
• Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Work effectively in a team environment to promote productivity.
• Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.
• Inspect outgoing material for accuracy.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
