Qualifications

• Ability to change priorities quickly and work under time constraints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including finger movement, and twisting or pressure involving the wrists/hands.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and perform physical activity.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience in recycling or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy equipment.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating hydraulic cranes.

Responsibilities

• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture.
