Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust wire drawing machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow production schedules and interpret instructions and drawings.
• Work rotating shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail, good attendance, and team communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 hourly rate
• $1,500 retention bonus after 3 and 6 months
• Incentive pay, shift differentials, and pay for knowledge
