Position Overview

We are seeking a Machine Operator - Wire Drawing to join our manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to apply existing knowledge, develop new skills, and work in a fast-paced, safe environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

1. Follow production schedules and interpret instructions and drawings.
2. Set up, operate, and adjust wire drawing machines.
3. Identify and report process faults and suggest improvements.
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
6. Coordinate with supervisors at shift start to confirm schedules.
7. Perform quality inspections regularly.
8. Work rotating shifts every 4 months, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00/hourly wage
• $1,500 retention bonus after 3 and 6 months
• Incentive pay and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
