Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial/commercial electrical or lighting retrofit experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading crews in active industrial environments.
• Proven experience supervising multiple installers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew of approximately 10 installers across day and night shifts.
• Plan daily work sequencing, shift rotations, manpower distribution, and material/tool staging.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/food safety protocols.
