Job summary

Vestis Cherry Hill facility is seeking a dependable warehouse worker to handle merchandise for the laundry operation. You will participate as part of a team, ensuring safe, expeditious, and accurate processing of goods entering and leaving the facility.

Responsibilities include preparing daily slings or carts, verifying item counts on the PUC card, and recording damaged merchandise. The role may involve weekend shifts and overtime, with a strong emphasis on attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor.
• Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling.
• Identifies counts, and totals ruin or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
