Job summary

Vestis in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support industrial laundry operations. You will help load and organize merchandise, build loads a day ahead, and ensure safe handling of goods into and out of the facility.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team to follow the daily production plan. Shift work may include weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Becomes familiar with load sheet (by route, by day) and builds loads one day ahead.
• Follows load building guidance and loads product in order by weight, size, type, and other specifications.
• Identifies and segregates mats that do not meet quality requirements (stains, gum stains, rips, tears, holes, or if wet).
• Monitors merchandise not meeting specified quality standards.
• Maneuvers full and empty carts and is familiar with safety standards for pushing and pulling carts 50 lbs. and greater.
• Informs supervisor of any shortages every two to four increments based upon market center reporting process.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
