Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitors work activities in assigned area and ensures safety policies are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production topics and practices.
• Develops and maintains positive employee relations by applying policies consistently.
• Identifies and recommends production improvement strategies to enhance equipment and worker performance, efficiency and product quality.
• Oversees the following department areas: Receive and Soil Sort/Classification; Wash Dry Aisle; Garment Finishing/Sortation; Bundle and Distribution.
