Job summary

Core Linen Services seeks an experienced Laundry Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of an industrial laundry facility serving healthcare and hospitality clients. The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and adherence to quality standards to meet high customer expectations.

The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, coordinate with leadership, and support growth initiatives while maintaining an emphasis on regulatory compliance and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of operations or management experience in a large-scale or commercial laundry environment.
• Familiarity with Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an industrial laundry facility, specializing in healthcare linen processing and delivery.
• Manage staff training, performance, and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance (HLAC/OSHA/JACHAO as applicable), and quality control across all processes.
