Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the PM Shift in our industrial laundry facility. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operation of washers and dryers.

The role requires following preventative maintenance schedules and coordinating parts procurement. You will work in a high-volume production environment, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience.
• Experience in industrial laundry environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all plant equipment including high volume washers and dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots using manuals and schematics; orders parts per policy.
• Maintains daily schedule control for maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Performs waste solids handling from treatment process.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains wastewater hardware.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment; follows safety policies.
