Qualifications

• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.

• Shift-based work with weekend potential.
• Overtime required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with load sheet and build loads one day ahead.
• Follow load building guidance and load products by weight, size, type and specifications.
• Identify and segregate mats that do not meet quality requirements (stains, gum stains, rips, etc.).
• Monitor merchandise not meeting specified quality standards.
• Move carts safely, following safety standards for pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs+.
• Inform supervisor of shortages every 2–4 increments as reported.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow production best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
