Job summary

Vestis Lincoln NE is seeking a team member to operate in our industrial laundry facility, staging carts, folding linen, and bundling items to meet quality standards.

Work is in a warehouse setting with safety focus; good communication and basic math skills are important. Weekend shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand training, written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Stage cart in lift table, secures safety chain, and raises the table.
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
• Identifies and segregates merchandise not meeting specified quality standards in terms of rips, tears, holes, and stains.
• Accurately verifies merchandise quantity and bundles by type.
• Places bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
• Maneuvers full and empty baskets.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
