Job summary

MC Machinery Systems - USA seeks an on-site Industrial Laser Service Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mitsubishi laser cutting systems nationwide. You will perform electrical/mechanical inspections, calibrations, and teardown with a focus on accuracy and clear customer communication.

The role requires reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and traveling Monday–Friday. Strong communication and Windows/service-app proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Experience reading manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong diagnostic and measurement tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mitsubishi laser machinery at customer locations.
• Conduct mechanical/electrical inspections, teardown, rebuild, calibration and adjustments.
• Provide remote troubleshooting by phone to triage issues.
• Communicate findings, timelines, and outcomes clearly to customers.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams for repairs.
• Document service work and parts used with precise detail.
