Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass MVR check.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial repair and maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Seal & Pump Technicians in repair and maintenance of pumps and related equipment.
• Prep and clean parts for teardown and reassembly of electric motors.
• Operate machinery or assist machine operators in production processes.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Lift, move, and transport materials with or without handling equipment.
• Record production data including quantities and test results.
• Remove oil, chips, and debris from machinery and work surfaces.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following safety standards.
