Abacus Solution Group is hiring Labor Technicians to support industrial, environmental, utility, and infrastructure projects. The role is outdoors, involves heavy equipment, and teamwork to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labor, varied weather conditions, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following safety procedures and reporting on-site progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements.

• Load, unload, sort, and transport materials and equipment.
